Each consultation is a 1:1 session tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and health history to create a clear, achievable path forward.

You’ll receive:

  • A 90-minute in-person consultation in a private space within the hotel
  • A personalised wellness plan focused on food, movement, and key lifestyle shifts
  • Optional access to functional lab testing if needed (e.g GI360, DUTCH hormone testing, etc.)
  • Follow-up guidance via email, with tailored resources, meal plans and recipes, and supplement recommendations

These sessions are rooted in nourishment, not restriction—supporting muscle, metabolism, and long-term vitality.
