- A 90-minute in-person consultation in a private space within the hotel
- A personalised wellness plan focused on food, movement, and key lifestyle shifts
- Optional access to functional lab testing if needed (e.g GI360, DUTCH hormone testing, etc.)
- Follow-up guidance via email, with tailored resources, meal plans and recipes, and supplement recommendations
These sessions are rooted in nourishment, not restriction—supporting muscle, metabolism, and long-term vitality.
