Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond coconut or oat milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder plain, vanilla or chocolate
  • I avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • A few ice cubes

Topping Options

  • Almond Butter
  • Toasted Almonds
  • Brazil Nuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Sliced Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Unsweetened Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Blend first ingredients until smooth but still thick. Pour into a bowl and top with various toppings of your choice.
