  • Optimising sleep – with tips for getting better quality sleep
  • Optimising exercise – as a qualified Pilates instructor, I can provide suggestions for gentle but effective forms of exercise 
 

The length of this program is four weeks, with ongoing support through WhatsApp if needed.
