Your personalised Detox and Nutrition Program includes;
- Taking an inventory of what’s currently in your kitchen
- Taking a meal inventory (what you typically eat and drink)
- Reviewing your sleep patterns
- Evaluating your toxicity exposure risk through five toxicity questionnaires, providing you with individual risk scores for each of the following:

I don’t believe that nutrition is the sole answer to all things. I believe it plays a huge part in our health but it isn’t everything.
